What's an Optigan?
An Optigan (short for "Optical Organ") is a toy organ made by Mattel in the early 70's. It featured special transparent discs that, once put in the organ, made it play low fidelity musical loops as well as sampled individual notes for your melodic pleasure.
It also is the main instrument of the indie band, Optiganally Yours, who use it to create such offbeat songs as [link] and [link] .
